This is a traditional mapping application that scrolls, zooms in/out, looks up addresses, and has a GPS interface. Maps are stored on the device, consequently no network coverage is required for application to influence. The number of maps that tail be smashed at once is limited by the amount of shoot memory on the pager. When connected to an external GPS receiver with NMEA interface (a special cable is required), 1map will display current location on the map and direction of journey.
